On 9 January 2026, the ROAD3P “Transfer of Good Practices” event took place at the Zavod za gradbeništvo Slovenije, bringing together researchers and project implementers to showcase concrete results from Horizon Europe – Cluster 5 projects.
STREAM was among the projects presented at the event by dr. Edin Lakić from IRI UL, alongside other Cluster 5 projects including ECOLOOP, HAVEN, EBENTO, and OPENTUNITY.
The event, co-financed by the Slovenian Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation and the European Union – NextGenerationEU, was dedicated to sharing lessons learned and good practices from Horizon Europe, with a focus on translating research into real-world impact for the energy transition.
The afternoon included a roundtable discussion among project implementers, covering topics such as writing competitive project proposals, effective project implementation, and maximising the societal and market impact of EU-funded research.
It was a valuable opportunity to connect with the broader Slovenian research and innovation community and to highlight STREAM’s contribution to unlocking small-scale flexibility and connecting it to wholesale electricity markets.
