The STREAM consortium successfully held its 2nd Review Meeting on July 2–3, 2025, in Valencia, Spain, hosted by project partner ETRA at the Fundación Universidad-Empresa de la Universitat de València (ADEIT).
The meeting brought together representatives from all consortium partners, the Project Officer Mariana Stantcheva from the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), and the external reviewer, energy systems expert Debora Coll-Mayor. Several participants joined remotely.
The first day was dedicated to internal rehearsals, where partners aligned on technical progress and prepared detailed presentations. The official review meeting took place on the second day, providing an opportunity to present the consortium’s achievements and future plans.
STREAM partners reported on key areas including project management, data infrastructure, local market design, demonstration activities, replication strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Live demonstrations of STREAM’s tools sDATA, sGRID, and sMART showcased technical progress and the project’s growing contribution to smarter, more flexible, and secure energy systems in Europe.
The meeting also facilitated valuable discussions on regulatory aspects, market integration, and strategies for broader impact and replication of the STREAM ecosystem.
The consortium sincerely thanks the Project Officer and the external reviewer for their constructive feedback and guidance. All comments and recommendations will be carefully considered as the project continues to advance.
